1. Scope of Service
sanitot reset llc provides specialized detailing and sanitization for baby/toddler gear, including strollers, car seats, and more. We operate as a "By the Book" service, meaning all cleaning is performed strictly according to the specific manufacturer’s regulations for your make and model.
2. Manufacturer Compliance & Safety
No Steam Policy: sanitot reset llc does not use high-pressure steam on car seats or any materials where the manufacturer forbids heat-based cleaning. This is to protect the integrity of harness fibers and flame-retardant certifications.
Approved Solutions: We use only pH-balanced, non-toxic, and manufacturer-approved cleaning agents.
Safety Inspection: While we perform a basic visual function check during reassembly, sanitot reset llc is not a certified repair facility. We do not replace broken parts or fix structural mechanical failures.
3. Car Seat Installation Liability
sanitot reset llc specialists are strictly prohibited from installing or re-installing car seats into any vehicle. Upon delivery of your cleaned gear, it is the sole responsibility of the parent or caregiver to install the car seat according to the manufacturer’s instruction manual and the vehicle's owner manual. Sanitot is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the improper installation of gear once it has left our possession.
4. Condition of Gear & Results
Pre-existing Damage: sanitot reset llc is not responsible for fabric degradation due to age, sunlight exposure, or pre-existing mechanical wear.
Permanent Stains: While we utilize professional-grade surfactants and enzymes, some substances may permanently dye or damage fibers. We do not guarantee the removal of 100% of stains if doing so would require methods that violate manufacturer safety guidelines.
Mold & Biohazards: Gear with extensive mold or heavy biological contamination may result in refused service. We reserve the right to refuse service if an item’s condition poses a health risk or cannot be safely restored.
5. Scheduling and Concierge Service
Access: For pickup and delivery, customers must ensure gear is accessible at the agreed-upon time and location within our service zones.
Cancellations: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sanitot reset llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the use of gear after it has been serviced.
