We don’t just clean; we protect. We follow the manufacturer manual for every model, every time. No harsh chemicals, no submerged harnesses, no compromised safety.

You shouldn’t have to be without your gear during the day. Our overnight reset window means your gear is ready before you leave the house. Just set your gear on the porch and forget about it.

We use Branch Basics & Mollys Suds (& sometimes Dawn Free and Clear). Both are safe, non-toxic sanitizers that are tough on stains but gentle on sensitive skin.

Hi, I’m Kat!

As a SAHM with a background running business operations, I’ve always had a drive for high standards, efficiency, and doing things right. I’m also admittedly a bit meticulous when it comes to the details and strangely fascinated by the engineering fine print inside car seat manuals.

When I looked around our local community, I realized busy parents in Wilmington and surrounding areas were facing a constant friction point: gear detailing takes hours, household cleaners can ruin safety fibers, and nobody has the time to decipher 80-page manufacturer guidelines after a long day. I launched Sanitot Reset to bridge that gap. We take a dirty, chaotic chore completely off your plate with zero friction on your end.

Our overnight porch-to-porch service is built around total manual compliance, safety-first sanitization, and absolute convenience. Leave your dirty car seat on the porch at 6 PM, and wake up to pristine, safety-checked gear by 9 AM. No wrestling fabric covers off, no harsh chemicals, and no spending your precious free time scrubbing. Just pure relief when you open your front door in the morning.

  • Safety is our priority. We require the expiration date (or date of manufacture) during checkout. If we arrive and find the seat is expired or has been in an accident, we cannot service the item for safety reasons.

  • We book a max of 4 items per appointment, per day. Please reach out if you have further questions.

  • Pickup 6-8pm
    Delivery 7-9am

  • Yes, please book under Stroller Appointment to account for full chassis.

  • Please select our Biohazard Level Clean add-on at checkout! This allows us to allocate extra time and covers costs of specialized PPE equipment.

  • Not at all! Our service is 100% contactless. Simply leave your item on your porch before your pick up time, and we’ll drop it back off clean and ready between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM the next morning.

  • For safety and legal compliance, we do not reinstall car seats into vehicles. We deliver your freshly reset, fully assembled seat back to your porch so you can re-install it according to your vehicle and seat manuals. If you need a link to your manual, just ask!

  • We currently offer overnight porch pickup and delivery across Wilmington & surrounding areas. Please contact us if you have further questions.
